The deal

RSVP or you’re not on the list. Your name at the gate.
No surprise plus-ones. Bringing someone? Name them when you RSVP and wait for our yes.
Costume required. No costume, you’re the designated keg-stand spotter.
BYOB. There’s a keg while it lasts, some snacks, and there will be a cake. Empties go in the bins.
21+ to drink. Nobody under 21 gets a drink here, no exceptions.
No illicit substances. Not in the house, not in the yard, not in your car out front. We mean it.

The neighbours

Keep it down out front, and on the walk between your car and the house.
Music outside goes down at 10 PM. After that the noise moves inside. City rule, and the number one reason parties get shut down.
Park one street over. Emerald Forest Dr, Gobi Dr, Cherry Loop, Cougar Dr or Cougar Cv. Cherry Park is allowed but please don’t: that’s where the neighbours are. Parking map

Look after each other

Consent is sexy. Ask first. Only a clear yes means yes; no, maybe or silence means no. Look out for each other.
Hot tub: swimsuits on, max 6 at a time, no glass anywhere near it, never alone, not if you’re drunk. The lid goes on when it’s empty.
Fire pit: it’s propane, and the hosts run it. Nothing goes in it, no cups or glass on it. Off at midnight.
Lasers never go in anyone’s eyes.
Photos: ask before you post anyone. No photos or video at After Dark unless everyone says yes.
Smoke and vape outside only. Butts in the can.
Getting home: rideshare or a sober driver. Nobody drives drunk. We’ll help you call a ride.
If someone is in trouble (drunk, hurt, hassled), tell a host. Nobody gets in trouble for asking for help.
Don’t touch the fireworks. Mostly because there aren’t any: they only exist on this website. Real ones are illegal inside Austin city limits, so please don’t bring any.
Have the time of your life. That one’s mandatory.
